Return Policy

As much as we love the Pognae Baby Carrier, we understand that not everyone can share the same passion we have. Return your unworn purchase within 30 days following delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping cost). To make it easy for you, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and a return fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.  Returned products must be in a "like-new" condition and in their original packaging. Items deemed to be in an unacceptable condition when received by PognaeUSA will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be credited.  All Clearance sales are final and non-returnable. 

Return Instructions:

  • Begin the return process by emailing us at
  • Please write "Return" in the subject line. 
  • In the body of the email, please insert the Order ID number you were given when you made the original purchase.  Also, be sure to list the items that you wish to return, and let us know the reason for the return.

After you have received your shipping label:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in its/their original packaging and make sure the box is enclosed properly.
  • Affix the shipping label securely on the box.
  • Drop off your package at a UPS location.


  • You may choose to use other shipping services to send us your return in which event our return fee will not be deducted from your refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return.
  • We will not be responsible for lost shipments.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Process and Timeframe processes most returns within 5 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Once your return is processed, we will email you a confirmation. Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment.

Defective Products

To return damaged or defective products, follow the Return Instructions above, except write "Defective" in the subject line (instead of "Return"). Once we have received the product and have validated the damage/defect, we will either send you a replacement free of charge or refund you your original purchase price, taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges.  We won't charge you for the return shipping label so that you do not incur any additional expense.


We currently do not offer exchanges for orders. If you would like the same carrier in another style, go through the returns process as listed above and simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
